3:03 am
more than 1000 according to reports, the same tent city facility that was utilized along the border when those caravans came north. in tijuana it might be something we should lay eyes on at some point. >> good on the ground perspective, thank you so much. will: what is important about this perspective is so many things but that on the ground visual of what is happening on the southern border, sometimes numbers don't tell the story. we can quickly look at those numbers here. this is the numbers for current migrant children in us custody, 9500 hhs in customs and border patrol, that is approaching 4000 minors, migrant children in custody, meanwhile single adult encounters up 188%, primarily those are men. the numbers don't always tell
3:04 am
story. anecdotally, a story i've heard from friends and family in texas, talk about these migrant processing facilities, some moving to the canadian border. in towns like midland and odessa, texas, they are seeing these processing centers pop up almost overnight and people in those communities are nervous because in many of those places the positivity rate may have major impact on those local communities. >> not just processing centers inland but centers that were meant to be places where you could make your asylum claim and wait in mexico are processing centers to come into the united states whether you have covid or not you are released in 72 hours or maybe the policy is to be released within 72 hours the kids are being kept for over a week which is against the policy. you mentioned adults being apprehended. that is just the ones
3:05 am
apprehended each of agents spend all their time processing migrants or submitting themselves to border agents the amount of people the cartels are shuttling illegally who are not being apprehended, talk to people who are professionals on the border, they know that is up from where it was before and to me the most -- what is most disturbing? you can't pick it. to nancy pelosi having the audacity to say we have this under control, joe biden has this under control, this is values-based humanitarian pragmatic, everything fine, nothing to see here and the reason they say nothing to see here is there's nothing to see. the most transparent administration in american history mag let press go down and see the facilities. maybe that is because there are kids they don't call cages anymore but hundred stacked together like chris murphy, democrat from connecticut said. maybe there's a problem but they are denying that they won't let
3:06 am
you see because they have a plan that involves a lot on the southern border. >> they very clearly is a problem and if the situation were under control is nancy pelosi claims then they would be inviting press to take a look at that because they want to say this is a contrast, look how far we have come. instead you have them having to conceal the footage we are seeing bits and pieces of that heaven knows what is hidden behind closed doors and windows crammed circumstances are quite because it is not under control, the fact that the word humanitarian can be used in that sentence is laughable. these are not humanitarian conditions in the other thing that is interesting is they won't allow these ride alongs and one of the reasons they are citing his covid. they are concerned about covid, then why aren't you concerned about covid spread among all these individuals who are coming over and forced into cramped cages, do you care about covid or do you not? lots of mixed messaging, they
3:07 am
know they are in trouble because the press started to ask questions and they don't have access. how can journalists report what is going on if they don't have access to see what is going on. the biden administration knows that. former acting director of ice weighed in on the biden administration and its actions. listen to what he said. >> part of this is make it not seem is that on the border but they are getting what they want which is as many illegal immigrants in the country to come to the country as they can just and the communities they will eventually live in will have no say whatsoever, they will have the burden of overcrowded schools, reduced access to medical care and lower wages but they can't say anything about it or they will be called names. it is disgraceful what is going on but this is planned, they wanted this to happen. >> you about the impact when
3:08 am
dispersing migrant processing facilities throughout the country, soon to come to the northern border of the united states and, another fox news alert, the fbi investigating allegations that andrew cuomo used his power to shield political donors from lawsuits. >> in a form and was for accusing him of sexual harassment. telling the new york times, quote, has a way of making you feel comfortable around him almost like you are his friend but when you walk away from the encounter or conversation in your head going i just can't believe i had that interaction with the governor. >> cuomo previously denied all claims of wrongdoing and vows to remain in office. don't know what his political future will look like given what has gone on. you have two side-by-side stories we've been covering for some time, the nursing home scandal, lack of transparency, fudging numbers, now talk about what was and wasn't given in terms of those numbers and
3:09 am
accuracy or lack thereof to the terms of justice and now, he's entitled to his to process when it comes to sexual harassment allegations but you have eight people that have come out and there's a pattern here developing in terms of the accusations, a pattern in terms of his leadership or lack thereof and a pattern of bullying that seems to have emerged from you heard from numerous voices including people who worked closely with him very recently so this is significant, both are significant developments. >> as the sexual harassment claims melt, we are up to number rate it is important to heed the words of our fellow "fox and friends" host here saying let us not forget about the nursing home scandal. the one the fbi is not forgetting. you hate to rank scandals but a matter of life and death and potential corruption case and
3:10 am
cover up of decisions made from the governor's office that impacted people's lives directly, matter of life and death and this is the story we must look at. will: the fbi and brooklyn federal prosecutors are circling governor to governor cuomo, providing false data to minimize nursing home death. if you are providing false data to make yourself look good that is a crime, a bigger problem for cuomo and his administration. candace owens as a knack for getting on these issues, was talking about that angle, the nursing home part of it, here's what she had to say. >> absolutely. it is an open and shut case in terms of obstruction but open and shut cases have never gotten democrats in trouble. you know that i know that. at the end of the day he gets a

slap on the rest, at worst he will have to step down and is not even doing that now. i like to be optimistic, i like to believe in the process, that the fbi will take necessary steps to make sure he never gets any power in his hands ever again but i find myself shocked that they can get away with so much and there seems to be no consequence for any of the actions. >> the word accountability for any figure in power. >> new york no less. we are going to turn to some headlines this hour. a man killed by police in texas was an illegal immigrant wanted for 11 felony charges in arkansas including rape involving minors. he was shot and killed in arlington thursday. us marshals tracked the gps on his own leading police to conduct a traffic stop. officers fired after he allegedly pointed a gun, he was previously deported. capitol hill security finally getting scaled-down.
